After the very successful launch of 56days it makes sense to provide users (or the user, rather) an opportunity to contact the service centre on this site directly. With successful we mean that no one was freaked out or ran away (even though they wanted to), quite the contrary. Maybe not quite to the contrary, but as more feedback data are collected, future processes can be optimised.
